We finally exchanged contracts on Friday afternoon, it was a bit of a battle near the end but it's done! Must find the time to sit and tell you more.

I wonder if you'll gain an Irish brogue? Did you learn Gaelic or your family speak it?
I had friend from County Cok, he came over 3 times and ws a teacher of the Gaelic language, he later moved to some island
on the east coast of Ireland, Padrag O'Shabang or there similar, a wondeful man, handsome and tall. He could roll his "r's".
