I haven’t been by for such a long time. I have been really busy with the cafe, the school, the family, the boyf., the dog oh everything really! Need some time for me – it’s not going to happen though. Too busy.
Did I say before that I’m now taking beta blockers? I must have done – they seem to be doing the trick as i feel less anious about stuff. I don’t like taking them though but it’s necessary at the moment as I can’t take time off or slow down and if I don’t take the tablets I get such bad pains in my left arm and my fingers go numb.
I’m writing this and I’m boring myself with it, it’s just, me talking about my work, my business and my health. I’ve got to do something about that. I’ve got to get out a bit more even though I’m tired at the end of the day.
Something’s gotta give…
It won’t though

feel better mate..glad to hear things are going well otherwise!
Hope you are feeling better. Some info on Beta Blockers, which you may know, is that they can cause depression as a side effect.
I took them because of hypertension for a short time, I decided to change my diet and I brought the pressure down to normal by quitting salt and increasing fiber and trying to eat healthy.
I could not take the beta blocker, i forgot the name, on a daily basis because the depression became so severe. The Dr. gave me Propranolol which may be called by other names, because you can take it on an ‘as needed’ basis. Many people use it for ‘stage fright’ type of things, ‘fear of flying’…. i use it for that and general anxiety attacks. It works well.
hey happened by your site because im such a fag hag lmao.can i tell you how long i have been looking for a gay friend well its been a very very long time xx
anxiety is terrible but sometimes the drugs are so much worse. its that damn catch-22.
I’m a beta-blocker taker myself. Not for anxiety tho’, I’m a fainter. It’s supposed to help.
